Launched as part of the spring 2014 food journalism course at Rutgers' School of Communication and Information, New Jersey Food Journal is an independent, interdisciplinary collaboration and exploration of food policy and agriculture news, culture and history of the Garden State. The site features select, original content including profiles, essays and reviews of restaurants in New Jersey.
New Jersey Food Journal is committed to the education of future journalists and to becoming the leading online destination for food enthusiasts across the state and surrounding region. In keeping with this mission, we are seeking advertising and sponsorship that will benefit students and readers, and complement our content. If you are interested in being an advertiser or sponsor, please contact us at newjerseyfoodjournal@gmail.com.
